Welcome to the Barnfield Theatre & Café

We have recently taken over management of the Barnfield Theatre, located in the heart of Exeter’s city centre.

The Barnfield Café and Box Office is open Monday – Friday, from 10am – 4pm and around show times, except on bank holidays. Enjoy a refreshing drink or one of our specialty coffees or teas with a nice piece of handmade cake, supplied by Cocorico and other local businesses.

The Barnfield is easy to reach by public transport or by car.

Interval Drinks & Ice Creams

PRE-ORDER YOUR DRINKS

For most performances, you’ll be able to pre-order interval drinks and ice creams. Before a performance, you will receive a text message from ‘ExeTheatres’, which gives you access to an e-copy of your ticket and pre-orders for interval drinks and ice creams.

REUSABLE CUPS

We’re committed to reducing our environmental footprint where we can. That’s why we have recently started a reusable cup scheme for cold drinks to replace the use of disposable cups at both our venues.

To make sure these cups don’t end up in a landfill anyway, we’re asking for a £1 deposit with your drinks purchase. All you have to do to get your deposit back in full, is to return your cup to the bar.
