Tickets are available online or by calling the Box Office (Tuesday to Saturday, 10am – 2pm). You can also pop into the Northcott or Barnfield Theatre to buy tickets for any event we’re selling for.

We recommend you book early to avoid disappointment. The Box Office will be open pre-show and if tickets are available they can be purchased then.

The Box Office will accept cash however we encourage you to use contactless payments wherever possible.

We are committed to championing accessibility for our visitors.

Assisted hearing equipment is available to borrow for free.

We issue e-tickets where possible. These can be either printed at home or shown on a smartphone screen. If e-tickets are not suitable for you, please contact the Box Office who will be able to assist.

Absolutely. Vouchers can be purchased online or over the phone. E-vouchers can be sent electronically to the person buying the gift or directly to the recipient. Vouchers can be purchased in any denomination and are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

We will exchange tickets for another performance of the same show at a different date/time if returned to the Box Office 48 hours before the performance date subject to availability. This service is charged at £2 per ticket. Please note that we can only action an exchange once we are in receipt of the original ticket. If the value of the new tickets is higher than the original tickets the difference must be paid, however no refunds will be given if you choose tickets of a lesser value.

Please note that for some events Exeter Northcott acts as a ticket agency only and for these events we can only offer an exchange for the same show on another night, if it is available. All ticket agency events are stated at the time of booking.

We will open the auditorium 30 minutes before each show.

We aren’t able to offer a cloakroom service so please do not bring any large bags or shopping with you to the theatre. You may be asked to store any large items off-site before being permitted into the venue.

If you cannot locate your e-tickets or have misplaced any physical tickets, please contact the Box Office. The Box Office team can re-print your tickets or resend you your e-tickets free of charge.

Where possible please remain in your seat during the performance. Should you need to leave the theatre a member of staff will direct you to the safest exit.
If we are unable to get you safely back to your seat, at a suitable point in the performance, you may be offered an alternative accessible seat.

If you are concerned about another customer’s behaviour please speak to the Front of House or Box Office team.

Children aged 18 months and younger do not require a ticket.

If you accidentally leave an item at the Northcott or Barnfield Theatre and we find it, we will keep it safe for 28 days.

If you do not pick up the item after 28 days, we will either recycle it or donate it to a charity.
