The first of 19 UK-wide musical theatre pitching days for Mercury Musical Developments and Musical Theatre Networks’ leading industry showcase event BEAM 2023 will take place at the city centre Barnfield Theatre on 22 September.
During the pitching days, artists and producers will be given 10 minutes to share their musical ideas with a panel of industry professionals, who will select up to 40 musicals from across the UK to stage at BEAM 2023 at The Lowry, Salford, in May 2023.
The panels will provide development feedback to everyone who pitches.
