Refunds, Exchanges & Resale
Please check your tickets carefully when booking as we are unable to offer refunds on tickets sold. If a performance is sold out we are happy to try and re-sell your tickets but cannot guarantee this. We are happy to exchange your tickets for an alternative performance of the same production (subject to availability) up to 24 hours before the performance starts. Please note that all ticket resales and exchanges are subject to an administration charge. Original tickets must be returned to the Box Office in order to benefit from this service. Money taken in respect of re-sold tickets will be held for 28 days, if not collected after this time, the money will be assumed to be a donation to Exeter Northcott.
If the ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than Exeter Northcott Theatre or one of the authorised sub-agents, it will become void and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.
The purchaser must give the correct name and billing address for the selected payment method. If these details are not correct we reserve the right not to process the booking.
