We can’t wait to welcome you back to the theatre. We want you to have great time and so we’ve introduced a number of safety measures so you can relax and have a wonderful Northcott experience. Find out more on this page.

All events this year, 2020, are planned with social distancing in place. This means that you can book in bubbles and under current guidelines your bubble should be no more than 6 people.  

You can also book for events next year, 2021, both at the Northcott Theatre and the Great Hall. These events are planned without social distancing measures. If for any reason these events cannot take place, please be assured that we offer a no-quibble credit or refund. In the event of a cancellation, all you’ll need to do is reply to an email letting us know which option you prefer and we’ll process your request quickly and without question.

If you have booked for a performance that has been cancelled, please be assured that our box office team will be in touch directly, using your contact details you provided at the time of booking.

Please be aware that to minimise contact, we are only issuing e-tickets at this time. E-tickets can either be printed or shown to our Front of House team on a mobile device. If you do not have access to either, a member of staff will be able to help you out at the theatre before the performance.
