U26 Masterclass: Review Writing

  • Show Information

Fancy yourself as a critic? Or do you just love theatre and want to learn writing skills that can help with essays? Join our review-writing masterclass and learn how the professionals deliver their verdict on theatre shows. You will get an insight into the world of reviews, how to write them and how to get them published.

The masterclass includes an invitation to attend the opening night of Bleak House on Tue 15 October. Write and submit your review for a chance to be published with a by-line on the website of city radio station Radio Exe. There will also be an informal feedback session for all workshop attendees on Wed 23 September to discuss your reviews.

This masterclass will be delivered by Phil Goodwin – the Northcott’s media officer and a former Western Morning News journalist, magazine columnist and Exeter University Creative Writing graduate.
