U.Dance SW Regional Platform

Each year Youth Dance England runs a national festival, U.Dance that draws together some of the best youth dance work from across the country. Hundreds of young people join together to perform in high profile venues, take classes with leading professionals and have fun.
Dance in Devon, with Pavilion Dance South West is proud to present the South West Regional Platform. This is an exciting performance opportunity for selected youth dance groups from across the whole region. Following the South West Regional Platform, three groups will be selected by our expert panel to travel to Plymouth for the U.Dance 2015 National Festival in July, a four day event bringing high quality youth dance groups from across the country.
200 dancers from Hampshire to Cornwall, aged 11 to 19 years (or up to 25 years for groups including disabled dancers) will perform an exhilarating programme of dance. Please come and enjoy this uplifting celebration of some of the best youth dance in the region.
