Once payment has been received, all tickets are non-refundable.

We may exchange tickets for another performance of the same show at a different date/time as long as we have 48 hours’ notice. Subject to terms and conditions. A £2 per ticket administration fee will apply.

Yes, both theatres are accessible by wheelchair.

The entrance at the Northcott Theatre has ramped access. Accessible toilet facilities can be found on the ground floor. There are 6 wheelchair spaces in the auditorium in row G, which can be accessed by taking the lift to level 3.

The entrance at the Barnfield Theatre is step-free. Accessible toilet facilities can be found on the ground floor. There are 2 wheelchair spaces in the auditorium in row B, which can be accessed through the side entry on Barnfield Road. Please make your way into the main foyer, where a member of staff will be pleased to assist you, as this entrance is not in use for the general public.

If you are visiting our Northcott Theatre, there are 3 blue badge parking spaces on Queens Drive, at the rear of the theatre, 10 spaces in car park C at the front, and 5 more spaces at Northcote House just before the Northcott Theatre.

If you are visiting our Barnfield Theatre, parking is available close by at Princesshay 3,  Princesshay 2 , Magdalen Road and Magdalen Street car parks, where blue badge holders may park for free.

Yes. Certain performances are made more accessible through sign language interpretation, audio description, captioning, or slight adjustments that make for a more relaxed theatre-going experience.

All access performances are highlighted on our What’s On page with little icons and can be selected by using the filter option.

At the Northcott Theatre, our Box Office and auditorium have an accessible hearing system, which transmits audio to hearing aids or specially provided headphones (which can be picked up from our Box Office). The system can also be accessed via the Sennheiser MobileConnect app, which is available on both iOS and Android devices.

In the Barnfield Theatre auditorium we also have a hearing loop system. Please place your hearing device in the ‘T’ position to assess this facility.

The auditorium opens 30 minutes before each show. We’d recommend arriving a little earlier to allow time to find your seats, grab a drink from the café, or use the facilities.

E-tickets are issued where possible and can be printed at home or shown on a smartphone. If e-tickets aren’t suitable for you, contact the Box Office and they’ll be happy to assist.
