Ticket Refund Protection with Secure My Booking

From Friday 27th March 2026, we are pleased to offer ticket refund protection with Secure My Booking. You can now add on ticket protection at point of purchase for selected shows from £1.95 per ticket on selected shows.

For a worry-free purchase, protect your tickets today as you cannot add to your order after you have paid.

What’s Covered?

If you add on Secure My Booking protection, your tickets will be covered for the following:

  • Death/accident/illness to the ticket holder including COVID
  • Death of ticket holder’s immediate family
  • Adverse weather
  • Travel delays and strikes
  • Burglary, flood or fire at your home

What’s Not Covered?

There are some things that are not covered:

  • Refunds for events cancelled by the theatre (don’t worry we still issue those)
  • Refund of the ticket protection fee itself and booking fee
  • Non-appearance of a stated performer or act
  • Non-appearance of any ticket holder without requested evidence

All tickets are sold subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale available here: Terms & Conditions – Exeter Northcott Theatre. To qualify for ticket refund protection with Secure My Booking, every ticket for a performance must be covered by protection at the point of purchase.

Need to make a claim?

Visit www.securemybooking.com.

Claims should be submitted online with Secure My Booking within sixty (60) days of the incident.

You may be asked to provide reasonable evidence when making a reimbursement claim.

Exeter Northcott Theatre cannot process your refund claim.
