Born and raised in Exeter, Lauren has had many interactions with the Exeter Northcott, from seeing shows, to getting firsthand experience backstage, to being part of the performances at the Barnfield Theatre. After university and going through training to do stunt action work on screen, she changed careers and returned to the South West in 2022 as Director of Escapism Plymouth Ltd, then became a winner of the Devon Chamber of Commerce 30 under 30 shortly after.
