Kingsley has decades of experience across arts and entertainment marketing, communications and branding, and previously held senior leadership roles at Sadler’s Wells Theatre and the Edinburgh International Festival. From 2013 to 2022 he was based in Hong Kong as General Manager, Marketing and Customer Experience for the West Kowloon Cultural District (WestK), one of the world’s largest cultural infrastructure projects, where he launched two major theatres, a public art park and the M+ museum of visual culture, the largest museum of its kind in Asia. He began his career working on the Notting Hill Carnival before moving to the advertising and design agency Dewynters supporting clients like the Royal Opera House, National Theatre, Birmingham Royal Ballet, the Really Useful Group and Bill Kenwright Ltd.
