Artist Assembly

Each Assembly will run for a year before a handover takes place and a new wave of artists is brought into the fold, keeping the artist voices feeding into our decision making as fresh and as varied as possible. Artists attend quarterly meetings with a member from each of the executive, creative engagement and programming teams, where they are asked to feed in on:

• Our artist development offer
• Our programming – the shows we present on our stages
• Questions shared with them by local artists

This is a paid position, with artists being offered a fee for their attendance to meetings.
