SHE Moves Adults – Open Dance Session

  • Show Information

Join Company SHE for a special open session of their SHE Moves dance programme. In honour of Refugee Week 2026, SHE Moves invites any women who identity as global majority or have experienced migration to come and dance with us!

Led by Company Director, Maria Tarokh and SHE Moves facilitator, Tamsin Evans, the session will move through a gentle, guided yoga flow, pilates and some dance technique and choreography.

Together we will groove, relax and have fun!

This is an open level class, everyone is welcome, no dance experience is required. We will meet you where you are.

SHE Moves Adults sessions are focused on helping women find joy and strength through dance and movement.

Please note, this class is for women aged 16 and over. Mothers with babes in arms welcome. You do not need to speak English to attend.
