Elevate Festival – Production Social

Elevate: Production is our new strand of support that opens the door to careers behind the scenes, supporting emerging backstage, technical and production professionals from the South-West, through paid and developmental opportunities embedded within Exeter Northcott‘s original main-stage productions. While performers are often the public face of theatre, the skilled people who make productions happen backstage don’t always receive the same pathway support. We’re committed to changing that by investing in those people and their craft that brings every production to life.

This social is an opportunity for freelance technical/production/back stage professionals who are living in the South West to come and spend time with others in their field, share ideas, and crucially, feed in on what they would like to see from our Elevate: Production strand of support as it continues to grow and evolve.

This social will be hosted by our programme producer and freelance stage manager Cait Laws, our technical manager Tom Welch, and our artist development producer Sam Parker.
