Here’s what we’re doing to keep you safe:
Socially Distanced Seating
For the earliest upcoming performances, we’re selling seats in ‘bubbles’, meaning that you’ll be able to maintain social distancing while you’re watching the show, and get to your seats without passing anyone who’s already seated. A number of 2021 performances are currently on sale at full capacity, and we’re constantly reviewing seating arrangements and will always adhere to government guidelines.
One Way System & Clear Signage
We’ve also introduced a simple one-way system so you can maintain social distancing while moving around the theatre, and we’ve installed plenty of signage to help you find your way.
We’re here to help!
We’re putting in additional staff to guide you through the building and answer any questions or concerns you might have, and all of our team will be wearing visors or working behind screens.
Pre-Order & Collect Food and Drink options
We’ve also introduced a pre-order option for drinks and snacks for before the show and during the interval, so we can have your orders ready for you to collect without the need to queue at the bar, and you can take these into the theatre to consume at your seat.
We’ve moved over to digital tickets for the majority of our customers, so you won’t need to present a printed ticket to get into the theatre.
Early Access To Seats
We’re going to open the theatre half an hour before every show so that you can head straight to your seats when you arrive.
Hand Sanitiser Stations
We’ve installed automatic hand sanitiser stations at multiple locations throughout the theatre.
We’ve introduced an enhanced cleaning regime in all public areas of the theatre.
Here’s how you can help us make the theatre safe and enjoyable for everyone:
If you or anyone in your household has Coronavirus symptoms, please don’t visit us. We will happily talk to you about ticket options so you can get well and return when it’s safe.
Please follow the signage and instructions when you’re in the building.
Please wear a face covering whilst you’re in the theatre – this includes while watching the show. You will, of course, need to remove it to eat and drink but please remove it for this purpose only.
Please use the hand sanitiser at one of our many stations!
Please let us know how we’re doing. This is new for us all and we are here to help and improve anything we can. Speak to any of our staff when you visit or email email@example.com with any concerns or feedback.
