National Theatre Connections Festival 2025

We are delighted to be one of 33 partner venues for the National Theatre’s annual, nationwide youth theatre festival. The programme is 30 years old and has a history of championing the talent of young people from across the UK.

Over three days, seven companies of performers aged 13 – 19 will take to our stage to perform new plays commissioned by the National Theatre and written by the UK’s most exciting writers.


Mon 28 Apr

5.30pm No Regrets by Gary McNair, performed by King Edward VI Community College
8pm No Regrets performed by Taunton Brewhouse Youth Theatre

If you have booked a ticket for one of these Monday performances, you can book a free ticket to also see the other Monday performance. Please ring our box office on 01392 72 63 63.

Fresh Air by Vickie Donoghue, performed by Northcott Young Creatives

Each play is 60 minutes long and will be followed by a 30-minute interval.
