There are lots of ways you can book and pay for your tickets:

Click here for a full list of events and choose your seats online 24 hours a day. We have now introduced e-tickets. Just choose the ‘print at home’ option at checkout and your e-ticket will be emailed to you. You then have the option to display the e-ticket on your smart phone or print your e-ticket for scanning on entering the auditorium.

PLEASE NOTE that Wheelchair seats can only be booked in person or via telephone, and cannot be booked online. This is because we have to manage the allocation of these seats to ensure that they are fairly allocated to Wheelchair users and their companions.
How to pay for your tickets
You can pay for your tickets using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash or Cheque.
Paying by Card
We accept most major cards (excluding American Express and Electron).
Paying by Cheque
Please make cheques payable to Exeter Northcott Theatre and post to our Box Office on the above postal address.
We do not charge booking transaction fees, however as a registered charity, all advertised ticket prices include a charity levy which goes towards the cost of operating the Exeter Northcott Theatre, and are inclusive of VAT, with the exception of events and shows that we sell on behalf of other promoters, such as Amadeus Orchestra, when there is a small per ticket agency commission payable at check out.
There is a £1.50 charge for postage and handling if you wish to have your tickets posted to you.
You can reserve your tickets for up to 5 days or until midday on the day of the performance, whichever is the sooner.
Refunds, Exchanges & Resale
Please check your tickets carefully when booking as we are unable to offer refunds on tickets sold*. If a performance is sold out we are happy to try and re-sell your tickets but cannot guarantee this. We are happy to exchange your tickets for an alternative performance of the same production (subject to availability) up to 24 hours before the performance starts. Please note that all ticket resales and exchanges are subject to an administration charge. Original tickets must be returned to the Box Office in order to benefit from this service.
* As part of our COVID-prevention measures, we will now offer a full credit or refund to anyone who is feeling unwell and is therefore unable to attend. If you or anyone in your bubble feels unwell, please do not visit the theatre. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will amend your order.
