The timeless story of young love and old feuds bursts onto the stage from the trees and banks of the unique setting of Exeter Rougemont Gardens. Two families at war living in the narrow confines of their ancient parkland home where memories are long but glories are far behind. Kate Saxon and Libby Watson, the team behind English Touring Theatre's acclaimed Far From The Madding Crowd return to Exeter to create a vibrant, visceral retelling of Shakespeare's much-loved classic. A must-see for die-hard fans of the bard and for people coming to the story for the first time.

These need to be ordered in advance from the Box Office on 01392 493493 for collection on the day at Rougemont Gardens to enjoy before the performance. Parking
Evening parking (60 spaces) is available at Exeter Castle on a first come, first served basis, from 5.45pm to 11.30pm. Charges £2 per car / £1 for blue badge holders. Visit www.exeter.gov.uk for information on alternative city centre parking options.
Box office and Licensed Bar - open on site one hour before the performance
The consumption of alcohol is permitted, but only if purchased from the licensed bar on the theatre site. Entry to the site is via Castle Street.
