Mitch’s live gigs show a real depth of musical knowledge and impeccable taste, stemming from his young days in the East End of London. "My father owned a barber shop on Commercial Street and my mother had a hairdressers at the back of it," he says. "All I remember since day one was music. Jazz, swing, lots of Sinatra.”
Mitch performs a selection of classic jazz songs including Please Be Kind, How Insensitive and You Go To My Head. Older people will recognise the songs; younger people might learn some new ones.
"a long way ahead of similar throwback albums such as Westlife’s ‘Allow Us To Be Frank’ and ‘Swing When You’re Winning’ by Robbie Williams.

“it comes as a pleasant surprise to find that he also does a mean Sinatra impersonation.”
